Dr. Galla, originally from Birmingham, Alabama, completed both his fellowships in Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to his fellowship training, he completed his internship and residency programs at Duke University Medical School in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Galla received his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington where he graduated Cum Laude.  For his undergraduate studies, he attended the University of Notre Dame and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering.
